We are a network of experienced professionals serving organizations that are community focused. We specialize in nonprofit organizations and family-owned business in the areas of business management and marketing. As freelancers within a “non-agency” which allows us to offer more affordable services.

How we work.

  1. Team Selection and your one, Account Leader
    Your team is carefully curated to match your mission, program type, and needs. You will have one account leader who will orchestrate the talent needed. It includes professionals such as marketing managers, fundraising specialists, data and analysis coordinators, major gift officers, annual fund directors, executive directors, art directors, writers, designers, social media strategists, photographers/videographers, event directors, and more. It can be a lot of people, yet you have one point-of-contact…one person, your account leader.
    Each talent has extensive experience working with prominent organizations and is available to support you beyond regular business hours. This allows turn-a-round to be faster. Most importantly, your one account leader becomes part of your staff, working tirelessly to help you achieve your budget and revenue goals. And yes, your leader is available for phone or virtual meetings at any time of day.

  2. Annual Planning
    During budget season, we start with your current analysis and create a strategy tailored to your goals and budget. Don’t have an analysis? No problem—we’ll conduct one based on the best data available to establish a benchmark. No database? That’s alright, we’ll help you implement a system that works for your needs.

  3. Management
    Once a campaign program is defined, there are many moving parts and details to handle. Your role is minimal while we keep everything on track. The account manager/project manager will ensure the budget stays within the agreed limits, manage the timeline, and discuss strategy with you whenever necessary.

  4. Analysis
    Analysis is THE most important part of any program and is done periodically. We help obtain and review the analysis to lead the strategy.

Leadership Team

Curious about the name H2Oh? Water is the lifeblood of everything living, just like funding is for your organization. For the past 25 years, Elizabeth Gregory Hamilton has dedicated her life’s work to helping nonprofits thrive.

Elizabeth met Rob during a food drive she was leading, while Rob was serving as the Promotions Director for a radio station group. Their careers followed similar paths—Rob became a digital marketing leader in the radio industry, while Elizabeth excelled in nonprofit marketing and management, from big agencies to small organizations. After getting married and having children, their shared mission deepened, focusing on supporting organizations that uplift children and communities. This mission also extends to family-owned businesses, as families are the cornerstone of strong communities.

Today, they’ve built an extensive network of talented individuals who are deeply passionate about making a positive impact on the world.
